SECURE’s Response to COVID-19
At SECURE ENERGY, the safety and well-being of our employees, contractors, customers and vendors is very important to us. Our goal is to ensure our stakeholders are informed and understand our commitment to the health and safety of everyone at our locations.
On March 11, World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a pandemic. They’ve made this assessment for two reasons: the speed and scale of transmission.
We wanted to let you know about SECURE ENERGY’s preparedness efforts around COVID-19 to ensure the safety of our people, customers and community. SECURE ENERGY stood-up our emergency response team to enact our Pandemic plan. The team has implemented our Business Continuity Plan to ensure we are delivering uninterrupted, safe service to our customers. We have been providing our employees with ongoing guidelines, including:
- Ensuring employees are prepared to work from home in the event of office closures
- Cancelling plans for any international business travel and conferences
- Outlining expectations of personal travel
All our offices and facilities currently remain open for business and we are still delivering services to our customers in the field. As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, our team is actively monitoring the situation. We are working towards mitigating the transmission, considering all possibilities and will continue to provide timely updates as the situation evolves.
